poster Session

Posters can be mounted during the morning of March 18 (Monday) and will be on display for the first four days of the symposium. Posters must be removed from boards by the end of the day on March 21 (Thursday).

Poster Session/Reception Time:
March 19 (Tuesday), 17:15-19:00.
Poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 17:30-18:30 during the poster session on Tuesday.

The max size of a poster (portrait orientation):
46 inches (118 cm) vertical height x 33 inches (84 cm) horizontal width.

Please add your photograph to the right upper corner of your poster.

Fastenings for posters is Velcro ONLY. Velcro be provided. Please do NOT use pins on the boards.

Poster Session/Reception Location:
Federation Ballroom, Hotel Grand Chancellor (same location as morning and afternoon coffee/tea).
