Poster Session
Posters can be mounted in the morning of October 29 (Tue) and will be on display until the end of the Poster Session on October 31 (Thurs). Posters must be removed from boards at the end of the Poster Session on October 31.
Poster Session/Reception Time: October 31 (Thurs), 18:00-2030
Poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 18:30-19:30 during the poster session.
The max size of a poster (portrait orientation) is
48 inches (120 cm) vertical height x 36 inches (90 cm) horizontal width.
Please add your photograph to the right upper corner of your poster.

If you CANNOT attend in person and NO ONE can present your POSTER on your behalf, but you still want your poster to be presented
You can upload your poster in a digital (pdf or jpeg ) format, so we can create a QR code for it. With this option, participants can view your poster on their cellphones and send their questions directly to your email address or through the Whova App. Access to the Whova App will be available for three months after the meeting ends. Additionally, with your permission, we can post your poster on the meeting website after the meeting ends.
Please note that an absentee presenter fee is required for the QR POSTER presentation.
