Poster Session

Mounting Posters

Posters can be mounted on Nov 11 (Tue), 1300-1400

and will be on display:
Nov 11 (1400-1700) (the venue will close at 1700)
Nov 12 (0900-2030)
Nov 13 (0900-1300)

Posters must be removed from boards before 14:00 on Nov 13.

Poster session

Poster Session/Reception Time: Nov 12 (Wed), 18:00-2030

Poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 18:30-19:30 during the poster session.

Poster format

The max size of a poster (portrait orientation) is
48 inches (120 cm) vertical height x 36 inches (90 cm) horizontal width.

Please add your photograph to the right upper corner of your poster.

Poster Printing Options in Yokohama

You can order your printing online through ACCEA EXPRESS:
