Whova App

PICES-2026 will be held as an in-person meeting. Exception applies to some business meetings.

Whova App will be used to access the updated schedules, to communicate between participants, and to make announcements (organizers).

HOW TO GET ACCESS TO THE WHOVA APP?

All pre/registered participants (LINK TBA) can get Whova access in the second half of September after receiving an email invitation to join PICES-2026 and download the app.

There are two ways to download and use Whova app – mobile or desktop:

1. Download Whova Mobile App on a smartphone

2. Use Whova Web App on a computer
   (link TBA)

On the mobile app, when you click into a session on the agenda, there is also an option to “Watch on Desktop.” By selecting this, the web app link will be sent to your email.

Whova Button Link will be added in September

If, by beginning of October, you do not receive an invitation email to access the meeting on the Whova App, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us so we can resend the invitation.
