Poster Session
Posters should be mounted on Tuesday, October 27 (afternoon). An announcement will be made when the boards are ready.
Posters will remain on display until Thursday, October 29 (15:30, afternoon coffee break),
by which time we ask all presenters to remove their posters so they can attend the closing session at 16:00.
Poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 18:30-19:30 during the poster session.

Poster Session/Reception Time and Venue
Oct 28 (Wed), 18:00-20:30, Mt Benson Ballroom C & DPoster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 18:30-19:30 during the poster session.
Poster Format
The max size of a poster (portrait orientation) is48 inches (120 cm) vertical height x 36 inches (90 cm) horizontal width.

Absentee Presenters (QR Poster Format)
If you CANNOT attend in person and NO ONE can present your poster on your behalf, but you still want your poster to be presented, you can upload your poster in a digital (pdf or jpeg) format, so we can create a QR code for it. With this option, participants can view your poster on their mobile phones mobile devices and send their questions directly to you (via email or through the Whova App). Access to the Whova app. will be available for three months after the meeting ends. Additionally, with your permission, we can post your poster on the meeting website after the meeting ends. Please note that an absentee presenter fee is required for the QR POSTER presentation.Poster Printing Options in Nanaimo (Staples)
Staples is currently the most convenient option for non-commercial poster printing in Nanaimo. The nearest Staples is not within walking distance of the Vancouver Island Conference Centre (VICC), unless you do not mind a 5 km walk each way.Location: 100-2000 North Island Highway Nanaimo, BC V9S 5W3
