Whova App

PICES-2023 will be held as an in-person meeting. Exception applies to some workshops.

Whova App will be used to access the updated schedules, to communicate between participants, and to make announcements (organizers).

HOW TO GET ACCESS TO THE WHOVA APP?

All pre/registered participants can get Whova access in the second half of September after receiving an email invitation to join PICES-2023 and download the app.

There are two ways to download and use Whova app – mobile or desktop:

1. Download Whova Mobile App on a smartphone

2. Use Whova Web App on a computer
   https://whova.com/portal/webapp/vpac_202309/sign_in

On the mobile app, when you click into a session on the agenda, there is also an option to “Watch on Desktop.” By selecting this, the web app link will be sent to your email.
