Mounting Posters
Posters can be mounted on Nov 11 (Tue), 1300-1400and will be on display:
Nov 11 (1400-1700) (the venue will close at 1700)
Nov 12 (0900-2030)
Nov 13 (0900-1300)
Posters must be removed from boards before 14:00 on Nov 13.
Poster session
Poster Session/Reception Time: Nov 12 (Wed), 18:00-2030Poster presenters are expected to be available near their posters to answer questions for at least one hour 18:30-19:30 during the poster session.
Poster format
The max size of a poster (portrait orientation) is48 inches (120 cm) vertical height x 36 inches (90 cm) horizontal width.
Please add your photograph to the right upper corner of your poster.
Poster Printing Options in Yokohama

When placing your order, please select “In-store pickup” and choose the Kannai Branch.
📍 ACCEA Kannai Branch is about a 15-minute walk from the venue.
